create-nx-workspace: wrong link of fastify

Current Behavior

I found there's an out-of-dated document link of fastify when I used create-workspace.

Expected Behavior

The link https://www.fastify.io/ should be updated with https://www.fastify.dev/

Steps to Reproduce

1. yarn create nx-workspace
2. type some org name
3. select Node environment for the starter.
4. then we can meet the issue.
