add delete function to delete the folder of install after the installiation of project

@hilalahmad0101 hi Hilal, good day. i am getting the following error for the latest version of the erp.
System is blocked after source upgrade until database is updated on System/Software Upgrade page
this is the error i am getting. First i have installed and successfully login. i was trying to change some code like changing the [NotrinosErp text from page_title name change, some basic stuffs. could you suggest what brought this error. now i can only login but cannot add, insert data.
