Description
Implements generics on implementations where the
implkeyword can introduce type variables that are visible to each method within.Summary of changes
This PR involved a larger amount of changes than expected. The bulk of changes are in name resolution and include changing impls to carry around a generics field, changing type lookups to carry around generics if necessary and instantiate automatically otherwise, a few added error types mostly related to applying generic to a non-struct type or attempting to apply generics to
