I'd suggest offering a talk submission template (similar to this used by VanJS) that can be customized by meetups.
A template like that produces talk submissions like this example.
Update: I realize this may be beyond the scope of a list, because it is offering resources too. But curious enough to see where the discussion goes so I'll leave the comment open :)

@chowdhurian you mean just update what i have there to be a bit more specific like the example? because we aren't trying to get people to submit talks - rather just if meetups have a process, for them to list out
