## A Few Open Questions

1. What about things like http_parser and libuv? Does it make sense to see about bringing each into the foundation as their own projects?
2. What about all the other repos under iojs/* and joyent/*, which of those will move over to the foundation?

## Notes

1. The existing Node.js Workflow requires that all PR's can only be landed using a specific Jenkin's "node-accept-pull-request" job. This document requires that all PR's must be tested to ensure that all tests pass but it does not go into specific detail on the CI process. It is expected that the TSC will establish the specific step-by-step process by which Pull Requests must be landed.
