Join values together into a string.

Similar: concat, join.

function join(x, sep)
// x:   an array
// sep: separator [,]

const xarray = require('extra-array');

var x = [1, 2];
xarray.join(x);
// → "1,2"

xarray.join(x, " : ");
// → "1 : 2"
