Cannot get user.req

I am trying to get the user.req to pass to my callback so I can create and pull profiles for my users after their SSO login. The login routes to /login/callback and then my user-profile page perfectly, but I cant figure out how to get the email address to link the user to my DB.
I took the '.emailAddress' in the strategy function from these lines in the SAML get:

Here is my saml strategy:

I solved the problem, ignored the name strategy from the SAML response and just used 'profile.email'
