Description

• typescript-ioc is forked and it's dependencies are updated, the lib is published under @nmshd/typescript-ioc
• typescript-rest which will be needed by the connector is also forked and it's dependencies are updated, the lib is published under @nmshd/typescript-rest
• typescript-rest-ioc will not be updated and the code (only one file will be moved to the connector)
