Description

Creation of external events for the peers of the identity is trggered in following cases:

• By IdentityToBeDeletedDomainEvent - when identity status changes to ToBeDeleted, ether by owner starting or approving deletion process.
• By IdentityDeletionCanceledDomainEvent - when identity deletion process is canceled by the owner or by the support.
• By IdentityDeletedDomainEvent - when identity is actually deleted.
