Remove DepotDownloader metadata from build output

DepotDownloader leaves behind a .DepotDownloader folder in the output directory, which may change across versions of the tool even when fetching the exact same Steam depot, causing a hash mismatch. We only want the depots, so we can safely delete this folder.
