ThrownError when enabling services.pulseeffects

Issue description

Due to #112591 in nixpkgs, using the regular pulseeffects results in this

error: --- ThrownError ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- nix
Use pulseeffects-legacy if you use PulseAudio and pulseeffects-pw if you use PipeWire.
