Temporarily use git references to share2nightscout-bridge and minimed-connect-to-nightscout in order to help test similar changes in those packages.
The tests pass cleanly.
Run tests also against nodejs 16.x

Thanks for the bump. I will release the updated plugins to npm this week and look to get this merged. |

This reverts commit ead83e0. Minor differences are causing the tests to fail consistently.

Pull together output from npm audit fix, updates to allow node 16, as well as reference the share and minimed bridge plugins by git repo with similar changes. This is a holding place for the changes in the plugins to be verified and released.
