Browser viewing of Step-NC files

To run locally:

1. open nc-frames.html
   
2. in browser bar type "?foldername/"
   
3. Make sure that the folder is in the same directory as the rest of the files
   
   
   

Full_JSON_Moldy has been given as a test folder to see the functionality.
