Adventures in Cross-Compiling found that UnixStream is not included at all in std on windows, so this PR cfg's it out.
Rust supports abstract linux sockets: rust-lang/rust#14194
But not windows 10 or 11's unix sockets: rust-lang/rust#56533
There is a crate to support uds on windows, will look into that at some point (along with windows pipes): https://crates.io/crates/uds_windows
