Possible OS bug.

From feature-list.spec.js:
After go to diff

From load-data-file-kml.spc.js:
features loaded diff

There are intermittently differences in the final sizes of features. See #677 for the tests from which these were generated. This is causing flaky testing results.

Assistance is needed in determining if this is an issue occurring with OS or with our test framework.
