Description

Currently pushing changes to ttl-files does not create a xlsx-file to download. This makes it difficult for a contributor to get an updated xlsx file if a maintainer pushes a fix to a turtle file in a pull request.

The CI job should be changes to build a new xlsx-file also if only ttl-files change in a PR-commit. The updated xlsx should be included in the job-artifact zip-file.
