Description of the bug

I noticed that the pipeline still runs even when e.g. the column 'color chemistry' has an input other than 2 or 4. However, it skips everything after the process 'fastcq' and proceeds with a multiqc report without causing an error.

Expected behaviour

I suggest to include a step to check for valid input options (at least in columns where only certain input options can be expected), causing an error message if something is not correct as opposed to finish "successfully" but skipping the actual analyses.
