Can't open the administrator's channel page #5187

Hi everyone, I'm on MacOS monterey with Administrator Launcher on v.1.2.0 and I'm trying to connect to a 1.4.1 instance on my VM. I can connect without issues but then I can't click on the Channels tab on the left of the Administrator console. |

Is this a typo? 1.4.1 would be a very old version of Mirth Connect. Are there any errors in In the launcher select the "Show Console" option. Then connect, there should be a little console window showing some logs from the MC Client. Then view the channels tab, are there any errors shown in the console? |

Hi everyone. Thank you @jonbartels for your time and patience. I tried to use thje Zulu JRE with JavaFx but no luck. Administrator didn't crash but the channel page was still not accessible. This issue is solved for me. I think that upgrading to Monterey somehow broke my java installation,n while trying different java versions I found out that I wasn't able to download and install java updates from the java panel. I uninstalled and reinstalled java and now Mirth works without issues. My current

FWIW I'm running in exactly the same issue: I can start the Mirth Connect Administration Launcher, I can connect to a Mirth Connect server, it loads the Admin GUI, but when I select a channel, the java console starts filling up with error like so:
I make sure in the launcher GUI to set a custom Java Home to
The login modal shows, I fill out the credentials, the GUI open but as soon as I click on a channel in the dashboard view I get:
I've tried all JDK versions in this list:
Where, because JFX not included, the Oracle JDKs dont work at all. But the other JDK versions have the same error message. Is there a version-dependency between the JDK ran on the Mirth Connect server and the local machine that will run the Admin GUI? The Admin GUI is now unusable to me and I'm at a loss how to find a solution to this issue. I hope someone can comment and give a hint or direction. If this is better reported as an GitHub issue, I can do that as well of course. Any reply is highly appreciated. |
