If an app is force-enabled and then uninstalled the force-enabled state was kept. This is now removed, so when the app should be re-installed the compatibility should be reevaluated. Summary
If an app is force-enabled and then uninstalled the force-enabled state was kept. This is now removed, so when the app should be re-installed the compatibility should be reevaluated.
