Support quick file search on public shares

Have a quick filter field on top that searches on file name. That way, if a folder with a ton of files is shared, the recipient can quickly find a file.

• would be good to search in all sub folders
• search on file name is sufficient for 90% of cases
• goes well with the file type filters

Low priority as it will require to move to the new Vue front end
