19.0.3 Wrong path given to apps when using S3

Steps to reproduce

1.Setup Nextcloud 19.0.3 with a S3 bucket
2.Install either Extract or Video converter app
3.Use them

Expected behaviour

They should work. I tested it on a fresh server using local storage and S3. Worked only when using local storage.

Actual behaviour

"Can't open zip file at /var/www/nextcloud/data/matrix/files//archive.zip"

This app does only support local external storage backend

This app does only support local external storage backend

The app is not using the provided api to operate with the storage. App works directly with the file system. Closing as not an issue for nextcloud/server.
