Logs will be not available after admin press "Stop Deploy" button.

Will be good to have warning/confirmation when you press "Stop Deploy" button that deploy logs will be not avalaible after this

correct the logs availability UI state (#289)

Set "Download ExApp logs" button availability depending on the "Test
Deploy" step. Logs can be obtained only starting from
"container_started" step, when the ExApp docker container is created.

Resolves: #286
