Unknown certificates showing up in mastercontainer #5445

On a test server I noticed two unknown certificates from unknown domains showing up in /var/lib/docker/volumes/nextcloud_aio_mastercontainer/_data/caddy/certificates

The DNS records for the URLs in both these certificates point to my server IP address and resolves to the AIO interface if appended with :8443. But does not resolve to my nextcloud login page when just using https://[unknown.url]

Any insights on how these would get here?

I run nextcloud AIO through portainer with the following command:
