…cussion pointed out by @ndarmage The theme used by TUGUI has been changed for complying with the TUGUI license for use. The 'Sun-Valley ttk theme' (https://github.com/rdbende/Sun-Valley-ttk-theme) has been selected as it provides a good graphical output with a MIT license. Additional modifications have been introduced to adapt to the new theme choice, i.e. change in the main window and the status bar background color. The state of the additional plot toolbar buttons has been changed from 'active' to 'normal', so to avoid them being highlighted every time a plot is created.

The license for use of the code has been changed to BSD 3-Clause thanks to the change of the adopted theme.
The related information has been updated in the README.
A few sentences have been added in README to specify better that TUGUI does not contain any confidential or proprietary information of TU, and that all the contributors to the project must first verify that no original content of the Transuranus Software Package is contained in their own development.
