About the PR

Added a second solar array to the cargo half of trade mall to improve power issues.
Changed clothing vendors to be random
Added an engivend and salvagevendor
Relocated lesslethal & nonlethalvend to in front of Sec
Replaced Sale & Market consoles to fix #2553

Why / Balance

Trade mall is not very popular right now, mostly due to the power issues. This should hopefully fix these issues.

How to test

Load up the server, configure the solars and then stare at the power monitoring computer for one revolution of the sun.
