About the PR

-replaced custom fill maints locker with prefab maints locker
-replaced custom fill materials with materials locker
-rearranged chem and atmos to fit spare access airlock
-minor cabling adjustments: less deadzones
-minor piping adjustments: less occluded by walls
-corrected guidebook power requirement guidelines to account for condenser consumption reductions

-reduction of custom fill usage

-mapping 420 /maps/_NF/Shuttles/akupara.yml and inspect
-purchase the akupara at frontier and inspect
