Docs are still for throttler v4

Docs are now for throttler v5 🎉

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

• Yes
• No

I mean, v5 does, but those are all documented and that's literally what this PR is for. It does not break the docs site though 😉

@kamilmysliwiec I am ready to release throttler v5 and will be doing so tonight/today. I'll have the README updated too. Following with the docs as soon as possible would be great, thank you 😸
