This PR is the result of the discussion on Nephio TSC channel regarding the docs licensing. It was confirmed that CC-BY-4.0 license had to be used and two things had to be changed:

  1. Primary LICENSE file
  2. SPDX identifier in code files

Thread regarding the Docs repo incorrect license.
I've heard back from LF Legal. They've done a thorough review, and recommend the following steps:

  1. replace the Apache-2.0 license information in the Documentation repo
  2. change all the SPDX identifiers for documentation int hat repo to CC-BY-4.0 from Apache-2.0
  3. Additionally, please have EasyCLA changed so that the documentation repo is not included in EasyCLA. [DONE]

Hi @nyrahul. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a nephio-project member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

Instructions for interacting with me using PR comments are available here. If you have questions or suggestions related to my behavior, please file an issue against the kubernetes/test-infra repository.

@nyrahul Can you finish the EasyCLA process?

@tliron is there any specific procedure for this PR? If all the checks passes then we can merge it right?

@nyrahul Can you finish the EasyCLA process?

I think my EasyCLA is already done (since my PR in nephio repo is already merged and where I had followed that process). I think this PR is awaiting approval from maintainers before the easycla check can be done. Typically if the EasyCLA fails it provides the "details" link which is not provided in this case.

Btw, it seems EasyCLA is not working for any PRs in this repo.
