In order to address the issue that caused the publishing of the beta version of the NEAR Lake Framework to fail, I cleaned up the
[dev-dependencies]. As a result, I hopefully resolved the problem. Additionally, I took the opportunity to enhance visibility by moving theexamplesfrom thelake-frameworkcrate to the top level of the repository.
