URLs incorrect with 1.3

Seems that ncyBreadcrumbLink isn't correct after upgrading. My template:

It looks like the '#' is no longer in the link. So what should be something like /#/widgets/list ends up being /widgets/list and is a broken link

You are right, it's a UI-router issue : angular-ui/ui-router#1397

Update the UI-router to the 0.2.12-pre1.

@dmackerman I'm not sure if it will resolve your problem (seems to be a template rendering issue). If not, please can you make a plunker ? (Fork this one where I test your template successfully).
