Our first-ever scripting tutorial page, https://invest.readthedocs.io/en/latest/scripting.html, is now very, very out of date and includes a few broken links, such as to the Gohlke pages. Now that we have a separate page on how to install natcap.invest, the scripting tutorial should just refer to that page.
