Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The "Send HK" command is a common pattern across CFE, but the name isn't consistent. Sometimes it is "ReportHousekeepingCmd", sometimes it is "HousekeepingCmd", etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
Should be consistently named "SendHkCmd"

Additional context
This is the documented naming convention
