Update to v.1.0.2

Changed method of importing parent CSS from @import to enqueue method. Confirmed to be compatible with Divi version 3.0.27 with note that the custom footer will override the new built in feature within Divi to customize or disable the footer credits from within the Divi Theme Customizer.

Comment Bug Fix

Fixed a comment formatting error causing intended comments to show on site.
