This also adds an SP layer transport test for TLS, based on the TCP test but with some additions; this test does not cover all the edge cases for TLS, but it does at least show how to use it.

We would like to have the ability to use PSK. There are many contexts where pre-shared keys are a lot easier to use.
Note that pre-shared keys need to be specified along with an identity. As with some other aspects of TLS, the single value functions for setopt() seem not up to task.
Instead, we would like to use the TLS configuration object for this, with functions to operate on the TLS configuration. There simply isn't a much better solution.
