v0.2 - Add Tang Mega 60K support

• The new Tang Mega 60K is now supported.
• Properly ensure 4:3 aspect ratio for all resolutions.
• Fix glitches at top of the screen.

v0.1 - Initial Release

This is the first release of MDTang for Tang Mega 138K and 138K Pro.

• Game graphics and sound are working under 720p HDMI.
• Upscaling is adaptive, supporting all four Genesis resolution.
• Game compatibility is good for a v0.1. Over 90% of games already work for me.
• Supports two DS2 controllers. 3 button layout (square button for A, X for B, circle button for C).
