2. plugin的版本号全部挪到父pom的pluginManagement; 3. nacosSync名称修改为nacos-sync; 4. 父pom和子pom的version统一由revision管理，只需一处修改; 5. 修复一些readme.md中的明显错误; 6. 修复日志文件永不删除的问题; 7. upgrade version to 0.4.8; 8. remove some useless newline in redeme.md.
