Restructure the project to a more modern style.

root
    build - for scripts for building if any will exist
    docs - maybe for generated docs or for some guidelines, etc
    src - source code
    tests - test projects
    .gitignore
    .editorconfig
    changelog.md
    main.sln
    readme.md
