P4: difficult to remember what delivery errors and admin attention action has taken place on different requests.

Show status updates in-line with correspondence (e.g. GitHub label changes)

It can look quite messy though (as above), so maybe we'd want some Javascript to collapse more than 3 (?) sequential events.
