Important: While the dynamic and interactive Google Charts are actively maintained, we officially deprecated the static Google Image Charts way back in 2012. This gives us the right to turn it off without notice, although we have no plans to do so.

Can probably do this in pure HTML/CSS now, maybe with the progress element.

Just to note that this has been completely broken for over a year now, with a broken image link.

Remove broken Google Chart
df0d665 
Has been deprecated since 2012 and they've actually removed it over the
last year. Would be nice to replace with something else, but for now
this just removes the broken element.

Fixes #2366
