New py file format v1.1. Cells are separated by one (or two) blank lines to allow notebook refactoring in IDEs #38
The on-going work on version 0.6.0 solves the issue. Cells may be separated by one or two blank lines, and thus reflowing code won't break cells. For this I will have to update the file format, so that's a major change. I would yet want that

Reformating the python scripts representation of notebooks with Pycharm may change the cell structure of the notebook.
