Saving any notebook, even one I just opened, triggers the "Warning: File Changed" dialog. Doesn't matter if choosing Overwrite or Revert, the issue persists. Very similar to #978

Downgrading to 1.16.4 solves the issue.

Hey @fouronnes , thank you for reporting this! I am afraid you spotted a bug in the implementation of the new require_hash argument...

Would you mind giving a try at this development version and let me know how it goes?
