Change Log

  1. Aromatic acids including phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan are now classified as "Shikimate and phenylpropanoids" and "Amino acids and peptides" in pathway level (previously they were just classified as "Amino acids and peptides", but those aromatic amino acids are synthesized from shikimate pathway)
  2. Hyperparameters were tuned and optimized using Hyperband algorithm - https://zenodo.org/record/5068687/files/model.zip?download=1

What's New

New categories were updated on Sep.

Diphenyl ethers Class is added.
Natural diphenyl ether scaffolds are bio synthetically built from polyketide or shikimate pathways.
Now NPClassifier is able to classify the diphenyl ether natural products, and it also solves that some diphenyl ether compounds were classified as depsides or depsidones.

Acyclic triterpenoids and polyprenols were updated.

Glycoside checking algorithm is updated.
Previous version has issue about checking glycoside, especially with hydrofuran or hydropyran rings with one hydroxy group.
Now it is solved
