Thank you @ajnavarro for this contribution. I agree that PIPs can be useful to capture important design proposal in the project source rather than the external issue system. We should still use the issue management system for day to day activities. It's probably a bit early in the life of the project to have something too formal, but the level you have set seems ok so far. The pip-001.md about vm state snapshotting should also be proposed in a separate pull request (but I agree it was useful to have a sample). |
