[Feature] Add a number next to songs in DJ history list. #54

is most recent, 50. is a song played 50 songs ago.

This feature makes it easier to reference songs in the list.
e.g. "Hey, another version of this song was played 30 songs ago, please skip it."

Also changed how history filtering works internally Fixes #54
