Add Slider component

Clicking the slider makes the browser select text and -*-user-select doesn't seem to work. You guys know of a solution?

It looks like you need user-select none on the root element. Currently, it's only on .mui-slider.

What do you think about bringing your version of react-draggable into material-ui?

I would prefer to keep it as a separate library, for others to use as well.

Yes, I was just considering doing that as react-draggable2, just haven't had the time.
