The CI had failed previously in https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/mui/material-ui/102163/workflows/4b1d9ad8-579f-412f-a81c-5a2bc2ac064c.

The Opera mobile version was fixed in browserslist in browserslist/browserslist#768. Previously, the Opera Desktop was synced with Opera Mobile, but that was wrong because both have different releases.

Because of this Babel had to avoid extra transpilation since it equated Opera desktop with Opera browser. They fixed that in babel/babel#15727.

I changed it to op_mob 73 in .browserslistrc because that is the correct version. I checked with last 25 ob_mob versions against last 25 opera verions.
