  • setup local test celery
  • task design on local stubs
  • management command to spawn tasks
  • celery task for checking and activating the send proms request task
  • baseline check
  • handle missing email
  • handle death
  • handle consent
  • followups checks
  • cron to run
  • kubernetes cron job?

This could be done quite succintly in Celery https://docs.celeryq.dev/en/stable/userguide/canvas.html

Consent will only enter it after baseline, initially there won't be consent ( oops) - so will need to change that

The use cases need to be codified by CIC UWA a bit more meeting next week ( 30/03)
