0.25: New orientation chapter

• Fixes in appendices (Bram Brongers)
• Orientation chapter mostly rewritten and split in two

The release contains two versions of the lecture notes:

• aom-tg compiled with the TeX Gyre font family
• aom-od compiled with the Open Dyslexic font family

The content is identical, feel free to pick the version you find more readable
