Wrapper around mostly main to add CLI support. I wanted to be able to use this on local repositories and integrate it into the CI process.
Supports analyzing local and GitHub repositories. Also supports generating a threat model based on the analyzed input or general application description.
Please review and let me know if you have any questions or concerns. If accepted I could continue to implement the other features of the application for CLI support.
