resolve scenario indexing bug

Resolve:

• MultiLCA fails when activities have similar name, reference product and database. LCA-ActivityBrowser/activity-browser#1273
• ValueError(f"Shape of passed values is {passed}, indices imply {implied}") LCA-ActivityBrowser/activity-browser#1263
